Saalbach & Hinterglemm is a winter wonderland and one of Austria's most extensive ski areas. The ski circus has an unbroken network of 55 lifts and up to nine access points within the picturesque Glemm valley. Saalbach has an excellent snow record and combines a wide range of leisure facilities with a lively and fashionable après ski nightlife. In the summer months the area is a walking heaven with its picturesque villages, ideal for rambling, and is surrounded by rolling hills and countryside. Saalbach and Hinterglemm nestle in the scenic Glemm valley. Excellent hiking for all abilities is ensured and there are no less than 25 mountain inns for a refreshment stop. We even provide you with bicycles for exploring the beautiful surroundings and nearby attractions. We have our own free parking spaces so that you can enjoy your peaceful and relaxing stay in Salzburg to the full. The bus number 25 goes from Groedig to the historic city of Salzburg (also to the Salzburg's railway station - Hauptbahnhof Salzburg) and back every 20 minutes (it is a 30 minutes ride - price is 2 Euro). The last bus runs at 23:00 from Salzburg. The next bus stop is a 2 minutes walking distance. By taxi it is a 15 minutes ride and the cost is 14.- Euro for one taxi. From the airport to our hotel is a 20 minutes ride by taxi or car.
