All you need to bring are your clothing and music. The building is very secure. The property is fully enclosed and gated. There is a designated Parking spot for 1 car within the compound.A key is required to enter the compound as well as the lobby. The elevator also is keyed which will only open to your specific floor. There is a Laundry room on the ground floor of the building with coin operated washers and dryers (cost is $1.25 per load). Your lobby key opens the Laundry room. The Condado area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 10 minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico.
