The third floor has stunning views of the Parroquia and the Lake at San Miguel, as well as countryside. All 1 mile from the Jardin or center of town, so either a 25 minute hike, 10 min. bus public transportation ride (4 pesos, from 7:30 am until 9 pm), or a $25 peso cab ride will get you to the Jardin. Close to town, privacy, quiet and great views. The home is NEW, with gas log heating, a gas heater in the Master Bedroom and heaters in the bathrooms and other lower bedroom, ceiling fans, and charming two bedrooms (one upstairs with a stained glass bedroom window and bodeva ceiling and one downstairs with a glass door entry into the little garden). There is a small office area with two hand made large computer desks with high speed internet kitchen with purified water system, lovely hand carved dining table and lots of light! The first floor bedroom with bath opens on the patio and the sound of the fountain will lull you to sleep. The second floor has two spacious bedrooms and each bedroom has a bath. The master bedroom opens onto another private patio (Have breakfast on the patio) with a stairway to the roof garden that overlooks the entire city of San Miguel.
