Located approx 15 minutes West of Sandpoint, just off of highway 2, on the Sandpoint side of the Pend Oreille River. Located approx 1 mile before small town of Laclede Idaho. Summer: Water level will typically be up sometime between memorial day and mid to late June depending upon expected snow melt run-off etc. The more snow pack , the more likely the water level will tend to come up later to avoid excess water levels. 30 foot dock, approx 20feet moorage, good for boats up to 22feet. Medium Bank waterfront, when water level rises no dry beach, steps from dock into water, nice sandy bottom. Approx 3 to 3.5 feet deep at shallowest portion of dock and 6-7 feet deep at end of dock. Great water ski area. Fall: The Tamarack, Quaking Aspen , Birch and other trees turn color in the fall. This is one of our favorite times of year to enjoy the cooler weather, picking apples and the gas fireplace in the evening. There is an outside fire pit and sitting area. Late fall, is a great time of year as you we approach winter to watch the many birds along the river such as waterfowl and migratory birds as they head to their winter destination. Bring your binoculars and camera. Winter: Enjoy the gas fireplace after a good day of skiing at Schweitzer mountain, Large trees , views over the water as the snow falls. Beautifull in the wintertime. Property is 15-20 minutes from base of Schweitzer Mountain. 2-car attached garage so you can park inside. Early winter, enjoy migratory birds along the river.
