There are two pools in the neighborhood for your enjoyment. Our home is actually only three years old in a family friendly community of 75 colorful seaside homes. The decor is beachy and relaxing. There are four bedrooms and an additional room on the third floor tower we use as a bedroom also. Kitchen is modern as are baths.The home is made of hardiplank with tin roof. Balcony is off the master bedroom and there is a side porch with outdoor shower, a front porch with rockers. The floors are Southern Pine with the exception of three of the upstairs bedrooms.Master Bath has double headed showers. Our home was featured in Better Homes and Gardens Summer Edition Decorating last summer. You will love the neighborhood, the shopping, the slightly secluded atmosphere. Our neighborhood is surrounded by lush tropical native plants to the area.We are only 15 minutes from the Destin/Sandestin shops, but are beaches are less busy and absolutely gorgeous! White crystalline sands and emerald waters. All beaches on 30A are blue wave beaches. We have dunes, lakes, state parks, cafe's, bike trails. The area will make you want to return again and again. We did. Went on vacation last year and decided we wanted to purchase a home in the area. We are looking forward to having you visit!

description:We are just listing our new home which is approx 250 yards from what is one of the top 10 beaches in the US. This neighborhood and home has a laid back feeling. We are just three homes off of 30a and in between the Blue Mountain Beach Club, where there is a beautiful pool, exercise machines, shuffleboard cabana, and a private beach for our neighborhood. Surfside Six has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It is three floor high. Everthing has been renovated. New kitchen cabinets, counters, tiles, molding, paint,bathroom cabinets are granite, new washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishes, back deck, landscaping, house pavers and lighting. It has parking for three cars. When you walk in the first floor, your kitchen and eating area is to the left and living room with a closet with washer dryer to your right. Also a glass door our to the backyard which has a back and side fence. Up the stairs are two bedrooms, to the left one bedroom with twin beds and tv. In side the bedroom is a bathroom. On the other side is the master bedroom which also has its own private bathroom. A bay window is in the room. Bed is a queen. Going up from the second floor twin room is another set of stairs. At the top is a porch looking out to the backyard. To the left a blue beachy look bedroom with tall angled ceilings and a private bath in the room. The opposite side is a lavender/purple room with tall angled ceilings, bay window and private bath also. A twin bed is in the room. All rooms and living room have tv. There is playstation 2, games, books, etc. This is new for rent and we are renting it less than next year so take advantage of great prices. We allow only a dog to be in the home. A pet fee of $60.00 is required and is non refundable. Security to hold home is $250.00 refundable within two weeks of your stay.

The house does not back up to noisy 30A but is tucked into a quiet neighborhood south of 30-A. If you know where Eastern Lake Nursery is (formerly the Gourd Garden) that's the north end of our street. There is enough parking four cars. The home's split plan allows you to love 'em and leave 'em, family or friends, when you have had enough togetherness. The kitchen is a generous size and has two dishwashers for large gatherings. The den provides ample living space, but the gulf view beckons you outside on the huge covered lanai, to daydream and relax. The third floor has a sunning deck with an even more breathtaking view. The main floors sleep eight. There are two kings, one queen bed and one queen sofa sleeper. The house is equipped with a stereo and a TV. There are also 3 flat panel televisions with cable in the house. Both the main deck and lower lanai floor have their own washers and dryers. The lower lanai/pool deck is accessed by way of a spiral staircase. The lanai/pool floor has a den with comfy seating, three bedrooms, two full baths, (2 king size beds and one room with 2 queen sized beds).
