description:Six hundred yards from the beach, ten miles south of Newort, Oregon and five miles north of Waldport Oregon. The Sunset Room has an ocean view, private bath, queen bed, twin bed and an eight foot long window seat. The Suite has a queen bed in a small bedroom, a small living room with kitchenette (microwave, refridgerator, sink) private bath, twelve foot long window seat, Wi-Fi, and a private entrance. This room has a peek at the ocean, yet is surrounded by forest and flower garden. Resting on the Rock is fifteen minutes from the Oregon Coast Aquarium, twenty minutes from the historic Newport bayfront. We offer a full breakfast Monday through Saturday with a continental breakfast on Sunday. We gladly work with guests with dietary restrictions if you let us know in advance. Children are welcome, but because we try to be an hypoallergenic house, please no pets, potpouri, tabacco use, alcohol or illegal drugs.

The dining area offers great views of the pounding surf and is equipped with an expandable dining table and built in hutch (extra table leaves are stored next to the washer and the hutch contains assorted puzzles and games). A washer and dryer are located behind the sliding doors in the den area, which adjoins the kitchen. A convenient breakfast bar with 2 chairs separates the kitchen from the den area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, and silverware, as well as a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, the deck has an outside dining table & 6 chairs. We've decided not to install a phone in the cabin, but cell phone reception is possible from the front deck.

It has great views from atop a 45 foot cliff directly over the Pacific. The house is within easy walking distance of Ona State Park. What a great house! 3 bedrooms are located on the upper level, one king suite, with separate bathroom, shower, and Jacuzzi tub. The other bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. The second bathroom is located on this level. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other one with a queen bed. The third bathroom is located on the lower level with shower, and double vanity sink. There is a large game room with pool table, foosball, basketball game, TV/DVD, and newly purchased games. The upper level has an eat-in kitchen, as well as a formal dining room capable of seating all of the guests staying in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking supplies, and dishes. $425. 00 per night, plus a $175. 00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of ten (10) people.
