Casa Silves has 3 bedrooms and sits in a plot of 3 acres and most of the surrounding land is farmed to produce citrus fruits, avocado and olives. Inside there is a large lounge with ample seating with a separate dining room. There is a well equipped kitchen for all your self catering needs. Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms one with double bed and one with twin beds. A shared bathroom, plus a shower room, both with wc and basin. On the first floor is the Master bedroom, with king size bed and large en suite bathroom, plus small private terrace. Patio doors lead from the lounge and dining room to a covered terrace where there are table and chairs for outside dining. A static barbeque is nearby. Steps lead down to the private pool with sun loungers on the surrounding terrace and a superb view to the coast. This is an excellent location for a private, peaceful holiday, with a real feel for the Algarve countryside, whilst still having easy reach to various parts of the Algarve;

description:Casa Boa Esperanca is in a rural hamlet just 2 minutes from the historical town of Silves (a one time the capital of the Algarve) and more particularly from the Modelo supermarket. It is also a mere 10/15 minutes from the coast and around the same to some of the many excellent golf courses here on the Algarve. The cottage is also just a 5-minute drive from the new golf course at Silves, making it ideal for golfers and also for families on a budget. Casa Boa Esperanca itself comprises two bedrooms, living room and kitchen/diner. The front door opens into the kitchen/diner. This room is the length of the cottage, with the kitchen at the far end leading out to the rear patio, bbq and pool areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The dining area has dining table and chairs and a fold-up bed for a 5th person, and there is a toilet in to the right of the front door. The first bedroom leads off the left of the front door in the dining area. This has a twin beds and ensuite shower. To the left again nearer the kitchen area, and up two steps, is the living room. Here we find a comfortable sofa, TV, DVD player, hi fi with CD and cassette player, and a wood burning stove for those colder winter evenings. Leading from here is the second bedroom with twin beds and a full ensuite bathroom. Patio doors lead from here to the rear of the cottage. The pool is approximately 4 feet deep and is ideal for relaxing in on those hot summer days and evenings. Loungers are around the pool, as well as an outside table and bench chairs under the covered area by bedroom 2. A couple of steps take us down to the second patio where there is another table and chairs by the side of the barbecue. This is a great cottage and is well situated for just above everything you could want for your holiday - or for a longer term rental over the winter. Silves has a host of shops and supermarkets (particularly Lidl and Modelo) and some really great cuisine is available at the large number of restaurants and cafes here as well as international cuisine as can be found at the Cafe Ingles - this has live music most weekends! Horse riding is available 10 minutes away there are mountain bike trails in the area around the cottage scuba diving is available down at Carvoeiro a canoeing centre is 5 minutes away thermal baths are available at Monchique (20 minutes) and there are a host of children's parks - Krazy World, Zoomarine, Slide n' Splash, Aqualand all around. On the other hand you can of course sit around your own pool and relax - and we can arrange a massage or beauty treatment lady to come to you at the cottage! Sounds too good to be true - so when are you coming?!!;
