The house sits in a quiet area on over an acre of beautiful land with a gentle slope down to the water. It sits on a peninsula formed by the meetings of Lake Travis, Pedernales River, and Colorado River and is one of the best areas on Lake Travis for water skiing and water sports. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 8 adults comfortably. The master bedroom has a King size bed with private bathroom, 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin size beds, 3rd bedroom has a Bunk Bed and a Trundle bed (makes 2 Twins) and the 2nd bathroom is in the hallway off of the living room. There is a kitchen that is fully equipped with all needed kitchen utensils, full sized refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. For our guests enjoyment there are 2 TV's with satellite cable, a VCR and DVD player, Stereo/CD player with indoor and outdoor speakers, and a selection of books, games, magazines, cd's, and movies. There is also a washer/dryer for guests use. There is a private boat/swimming/fishing dock just steps away from the house and there are public boat launches nearby. Under the house is wonderful covered entertainment area overlooking the water with outdoor bar with refrigerator/freezer, propane gas grill, hammock, chairs, dartboard, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room with tv/vcr, cd/stereo player, videos, games, books, magazines, etc., a full sized, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a huge front porch with patio set and hammock with views of Lake Travis and the wonderful ancient limestone cliffs. On the back deck guests have their own private Hot Tub along with a patio set and propane gas grill. Guests may also arrange to have Massages right in the cottage. Guided Fishing Excursions are also available to our Guests. The Cottage also make a great place for a Ladies Getaway for up to 4 women. ;
