description:The cabins are located in a small cabin and residential community near Seven Springs Mountain Resort and Laurel Hill State Park in the beautiful Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania in Somerset County. This is a great get-away location from March to December. Our mission Statement: To share God's blessings we seek to provide a safe, comfortable and affordable place where families and individuals can enjoy the beauty and vastness of God's creation. SPECIAL NOTE on rental season: With rising fuel costs this year we will be closed from December 15, 2008 to March 13, 2009. Reservation and Policy information from our website Check in: 3:00 pm, earlier with prior approval Check out: 11:30 am, later with prior approval 2 night minimum stay on weekends 3 night minimum holiday weekend reservations 1 night weekend or holiday reservations will be accepted only within 10 days of desired reservation date. Children age 17 and under free Deposit required: $50.00 to hold reservation. This must be received by date indicated on rental contract that will be send after reservation is made. Confirmation: Upon receipt of your deposit and signed contract you will receive a statement showing balance due, reservation dates, and directions. Balance due for rental is required two weeks before rental date or by due date noted on contract. It is our hope and expectation that everyone will take care of our cabin and leave it as they found the dcabin. We reserve the right to require a security deposit. If such a deposit is required and there is no damage or excess cleaning costs, the security deposit will be returned within 14 days of your stay. Cancellation: Deposit refunded if cancellation is requested 60 days or more prior to rental date. Within the 60 days your deposit is only refunded if we are able to rent your rental dates.
