Britts' Beach Barn offers direct access to the beach, an enclosed outdoor shower and ocean views from all three cottages. Britt 1 Ground Level: The parking lot is divided into three sections, giving each cottage enough parking for 2 vehicles. The steps leading up to Britt 1 are on the left, street side. First Level: This one bedroom cottage offers accommodations for couples or small families. The quaint living, dining and kitchen area overlook the sandy beaches of Topsail Island. This space offers a double sleeper sofa and TV with a DVD player. The dining area has a small square dining table with three orange chairs. The kitchen space has all your basic amenities, a refrigerator with icemaker, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The bedroom, sits street side, and offers a double bed, alarm clock and dresser. A full size bathroom is located between the bedroom and living space. The back entrance leads to the oceanfront deck. A privacy fence separates your deck from the other cottages deck. Allowing you to spend time with your family without any distractions.
