Security/cleaning deposit is $1500 and fully refundable one week after check out if condo is left in the same condition as when you arrived. 50% of rental fee plus $1500 security/cleaning deposit is due to secure rental. Remaining 50% is due by 30 January. Failure to pay the additional 50% by its due date will result in a loss of your 50% deposit but you will receive a refund of your security/cleaning deposit within one week of cancellation.
