On this first level you will find three bedrooms, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and two baths. An oceanfront deck is accessible through the bedrooms. The lower deck offers an outdoor shower for rinsing off all that sand, and is covered for relaxing in the shade, during hot August afternoons. Relax on the deck furniture while you watch your children play in the sand and surf. On the oceanfront, you'll find the sunny master bedroom.
