It has absolutely everything you will need for any meal you have planned. There is a nice selection of cookware, serving ware and a good spice cabinet as well. Out on the deck you will find a gas barbecue grill and seating for those outdoor meals. Dining area: The dining area adjoins the kitchen, with a beautiful dining table with seats for up to eight. Living room: The living area is off to the side of the dining room and kitchen. There is a television with VCR/DVD player and a small selection of movies. There is no reception or satellite service at the home. The best thing about the living room is the incredible view of the Centennial Mountains out the many windows! Setting, acreage, views: Smith House is located on a 10,000 acre operating cattle ranch in the Centennial Valley. Red Rocks Lake National Wildlife Refuge is within a short drive of the home. Hiking in the Gravelly Mountains, canoeing, and fishing on the many creeks and rivers in the area will fill your days. You can cook up a storm outside on the cook deck on either the gas or charcoal grills. Two large gathering areas both include gas fireplaces to keep you warm on winter nights or chilly summer mornings. One gathering area has a T.V. / VCR/DVD with plenty of family style movies to watch as well as satellite T.V. There are plenty of decks and porches to enjoy the fresh air or to star watch at night.
