My wife and I are UK citizens who live in Florida for about 6 months each year. The main purpose of the Timberwoods villa is to allow our friends and family to visit us while we are in the US (we have a separate US home approximately 1 mile away) and we rent Timberwoods when they are being used by our friends and family. The decor, furnishings and facilities in the villa were chosen so that they matched the standard that we want to live in ourselves. Timberwoods location is perfectly set out with open front gardens, large communal swimming pool, tennis courts and club house with library and indoor games facilities. There is a modern computer (less than 12 months old)and colour printer with a 19 TFT Screen connected to a high speed internet access. This facility is mounted on a moveable trolley and can be sited anywhere in the villa. There is a 43 TV in the main lounge and TV's in each of the bedrooms. ;
